title = {Optimized Modeling for satisfaction in the relationship between a physician and patient based on machine learnin methods}, 
abstract ={Health has always been one of the most important concerns of human. The goal in this research is to know what factors cause and affect patient satisfaction in the relationship between a physician and patient. Since this relationship is a form of healthcare service, the SERVQUAL service quality assessment method has been used as a framework. However the questions have been reviewed based on the previous literature and the experts&#8217; views, leading to a questionnaire designed for the healthcare domain. Data collection has been performed using the questionnaires on subjects selected amongst clients of Rhinoplasty Centers in Tehran. To analyze the data, three machine-learning approaches have been implemented namely Decision Tree, Support Vector Machine and Artificial Neural Networks. A number of possible factors affecting the patient-physician relationship have been used as input and patient satisfaction has been taken as output. Comparing the results of these three methods, Artificial Neural Networks method is shown to have better performance, which has therefore been used for prioritizing the effective factors in this relationship. The results indicate that reaching the information which the patient expects their physician to give is the most effective characteristic in patient satisfaction. The rank of gained features were compared with similar researches. The outcome was very similar and approved the results.},

Limited energy capacity of sensors is a huge challenge that will affect these networks. Clustering has been used as a well-known method to handle this challenge. To find appropriate location of clusters' heads, imperialist competitive algorithm as an emerging topic in computational intelligence has been used. Clusters' heads are connected in a three-level model so that cluster heads with low energy capacity and far from station are considered as level three indirectly communicating with base station. This eventually increases lifetime of wireless sensor networks.},

abstract ={Mobile Government Ecosystem is one of the emerging ecosystems in Iran. The purpose of this paper is to identify and analyze the structure and identifying the role of each of the key stakeholders of this ecosystem. In order to achieve this purpose, by studying the related literatures and the models presented in these literatures, a mobile government ecosystem conceptual model is proposed, where four new key stakeholders are introduced: new trends in over the top (OTT) services, innovation and innovators, advertisement and advertisers, and mediators. Then, a questionnaire is designed to verify the factors identified in the model and to examine the effects of these factors on the mobile government ecosystem. The questionnaire was distributed to a random sample of 400 experts, where 363 responses were collected, and analyzed based on structural equation modeling. The results show that with the exception of advertisement and advertisers, the three other key stakeholders have significant coefficients in the model.},

title = {An optimised hybrid method for ambulance dispatch based on complex networks and Artificial Intelligence}, 
abstract ={Nowadays, monitoring people&#8217;s health and helping those in need of medical attention is one of the most important responsibilities of governments. Emergency Medical Services (EMS) are therefore setup to provide timely care to victims of sudden and life-threatening injuries or emergencies in order to prevent needless mortality or long-term morbidity. Providing rapid EMS with minimum response time will help improve survival rates. However, factors such as limited ambulance resources, large coverage area and high call-rates have caused delays in EMS, which have lead to lower survival rates. In this research the problem of ambulance dispatching with regards to lowering the response time is discussed. Response time is the most important factor in evaluating the performance of various EMS, which is directly proportional to mortality and survival rates. The most common method to reduce response time in ambulance dispatching is to choose the nearest available ambulance unit, i.e. the nearest neighbor (NN). Other methods use call-priority, first-in first-out (FIFO), preparedness and hybrid algorithms. One of the latest methods used in ambulance dispatching is based on complex networks. This method will apply a higher priority to the call that is more centrally located with respect to other calls. A hybrid algorithm has been proposed in this research which exceed the previous methods in terms of response time reduction.The proposed hybrid approach is based on complex network analysis and a search algorithm, which relies on the important parameters of dispatch, yet presents fewer constraints and overcomes some of the difficulties of the previous methods. In addition, prioritizing emergency calls is also considered. To evaluate these proposed algorithms, a combination of various parameters and operating environments has been simulated. The results of the simulations show improvements in response time reduction compared to previous methods.},

abstract ={One of the machine learning tasks is supervised learning. In supervised learning we infer a function from labeled training data. The goal of supervised learning algorithms is learning a good hypothesis that minimizes the sum of the errors. A wide range of supervised algorithms is available such as decision tress, SVM, and KNN methods. In this paper we focus on decision tree algorithms. When we use the decision tree algorithms, the data is partitioned by axis- aligned hyper planes. The geometric concept of decision tree algorithms is relative to separability problems in computational geometry. One of the famous problems in separability concept is computing the maximum bichromatic discrepancy problem. There exists an -time algorithm to compute the maximum bichromatic discrepancy in d dimensions. This problem is closely relative to decision trees in machine learning. We implement this problem in 1, 2, 3 and d dimension. Also, we implement the C4.5 algorithm. The experiments showed that results of this algorithm and C4.5 algorithm are comparable.},

abstract ={By the increasing of video communication in portable and functional devices, encoders design with low complexity and high performance are required. H.264 / AVC standard offers higher compression efficiency than previous standards. But this standard by employing several powerful coding techniques, considerably increased complexity at the encoder.&#160;This paper presents a new algorithm to reduce the complexity of the H.264/AVC encoder.&#160;The proposed method uses simple directional masks, neighboring blocks modes and detection&#160;of 4x4 and/or&#160;16x16 intra estimation modes with determination of quantization parameters for fast mode selection in Intra-Frame Modes prediction. Experimental results show that the proposed method reduces maximum 29% of the encoding time, while has little effect on visual quality and PSNR.},

title = {Blind correction of camera lens aberration and de-centering error using modified Zernike model}, 
abstract ={Reduction of the quality of the image formed by an optical system is a function of different parameters such as lens aberrations, CCD digitization errors, and the errors of system assembling. Assembling errors usually consist of two types: 1) the prism error, which is the error of non-orthogonality of the optical axis and the image plane 2) the de-centering error, which is error of not passing the lens optical axis through the center of the image plane. This paper attempts to correct the blind of the lens aberration and the de-centering error. To this end, Seidel aberrations are rewritten in the form of the modified Zernike moments based on the second kind Chebyshev polynomials as discrete functions on the Cartesian space. Then, the modified moments reformulated to model de-centered phase aberration function by considering the de-centering error. Finally, the model parameters are divided into two classes of symmetric and asymmetric ones. Then, these parameters are estimated through poly-spectral analysis, i.e., bi-coherence and tri-coherence analysis, respectively. Experimental results confirm the accuracy and efficiency of the proposed solution.},

abstract ={Learning to rank refers to machine learning techniques for training a model in a ranking task. Learning to rank has been shown to be useful in many applications of information retrieval, natural language processing, and data mining. Learning to rank can be described by two systems: a learning system and a ranking system. The learning system takes training data as input and constructs a ranking model. The ranking system then makes use of the learned ranking model for ranking prediction. In this paper, a new learning algorithm based on ensemble learning for learning ranking models in information retrieval is proposed. This algorithm iteratively constructs weak learners using a fraction of the training data whose weight distribution is determined based on previous weak learners. The proposed algorithm combines the weak rankers to achieve the final ranking model. This algorithm constructs a ranking model on a fraction of the training data to increase the accuracy and reduce the learning time. Experimental results based on Letor.3 benchmark dataset shows that the proposed algorithm significantly outperforms other ensemble learning algorithms.},

abstract ={Abstract The required factors have been investigated to apply knowledge management by carrying out the field study using staff opinions of Kermanshah Telecommunication Company in this research. After indicating the required factors of applying knowledge management, relationship between each factor of knowledge process system, organizational culture and information technology system with the knowledge management have been analyzed statistically by the obtained results using SPSS program. Kermanshah Telecommunication Company has a population of 370 staff that a sample of 77 staff has been used. It has been found that there are acceptable correlation between knowledge process system, organizational culture and information technology system with the knowledge management which correlation coefficient (R) of each relationship is 0.854, 0.915 and 0.812 respectively. There are some different between the effects of knowledge process system, organizational culture and information technology system on the applying knowledge management as the effects knowledge process system, information technology system and organizational culture are in the fist, second and third step respectively.},
